Very nice beach house in great north end neighborhood close to everything. Expanded Cape with loads of charm and lots of bright natural light. All new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans and window A/C units throughout house, TVs/cable in each bedroom and living room and upstairs laundry room with full size W/D. Two master BRs with Queen beds, one upstairs & one down and two BRs with 2 twin beds each. Large front porch to kick back and relax, big driveway that can be used as play area or parking for three cars, nice size garage to store your stuff, basketball hoop & outside shower. Short 5 minute walk to guarded beach and boards, restaurants, famous OC Island Grill across the street and Brown's on the boardwalk, Pesanos 5 and dime, local delis, coffee shop, rides and ice cream. 4 adult bikes, 6 beach chairs, 4 beach badges included. OC Life Guard Station at 1st and boards, an extra benefit.

This house is located at the northern end of Ocean City at the start of the main commercial boardwalk which runs from 1st Street to 14th Street. The house is located on the 700 block which is 2 blocks from the beach or a five minute walk. This area is known as 'North End' just south of 'Garden Section' of Ocean City. This area is nice because everything is close, you can walk or bike to most destinations including the rides on the boardwalk. At the same time, you are far enough away from the main activity that it's quiet at night. Ocean City is rated the number one family resort town in the United States by Travel Channel.

Notes: Very nice front porch with seating for 6 that's great for relaxing, reading, and people watching. 4 adult bikes, 6 beach chairs and 4 beach badges included. The garage also has a beach cart and an old wagon that are great for getting beach chairs, coolers or whatever else you have to and from the beach. It's a very short walk and takes about 5 minutes.

Restaurants and Golf: Great restaurants with full service bars and BYOB are available in Somers Point which is a short drive over the Long Port Bridge on the north end. Over a dozen great golf courses are also available within a 30 to 45 minute drive.

Pets: We're sorry but we do not allow pets of any kind in the house.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It is comfortable and has driveway parking (a giant plus in OC). Our car's did not move all week, we used the bikes that the Pierce's have in the garage (Thank you).
It is only a couple minute walk to the beach and they do have the beach cart in the garage to make it easier to take all your stuff with you.
I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to OC.
Just make sure you bring sheets, bath towels, beach towels & extra blankets.
Have a great time!! We did!

Perfect shore house for quiet nights

This is a great little house with all the amenities you need while on vacation with kids. The house was clean and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. It was a little farther away from the main attractions on the boardwalk, but that made for nice quiet nights. The front porch is just right for relaxing after the long day. Off street parking was extremely nice to have when unloading all the kids and gear. The only suggestion is that maybe the outdoor shower could use some privacy panels. We will definitely be looking at this house again next year.
Owner's Response: Great family resturants, ice cream, coffee, newspaper, deli and beach sundries shopping are a short one- or two-block walk. Wonderland rides are just close enough and a 10-15 minute walk or a very short bike ride. City zoning did not allow us to enclose the shower, so we are trying to figure out a way to improve the privacy of the shower for next year, and are considering putting up a nice circular curtain. In the meantime, please enjoy the shower, it's great to pop under and rinse off after the beach!
