You found it! Enjoy this gem of a stand alone house in the heart of Provincetown. Renovated in 2005 it has 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen sized beds and TVs in each, 1full and 1half bath, washer and dryer, central air, great 2nd floor decks, first floor screened in porch and 2 deeded parking spaces right next to the house. Stainless kitchen appliances. Newly painted inside and new comfy sofa and chair, spring '08. The shelled patio area on the Atlantic Ave. side gets afternoon sun and is there for your exclusive use. Great central location on the corner of Bradford and Atlantic, one block from the Boat Slip and its beach and walking distance to the grocery store on Shankpainter. And yes, if you have pets you want to bring, that is negotiable with us. Rental bikes, gym and restaurants all close by. Also, Ptown recently approved the construction of a dog park on Shankpainter which should be completed by September, 2008. Enjoy this perfectly located house for your vacation.

The house is conveniently located a block from commercial street and the beach. Moreover, the house is across the street from a pizza place and a bike rental store and only a short walk to the grocery store and the new dog park. The owners clearly thought of every possible need their guests might have. We also enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch and covered deck! Great house!

happy in P-town

I've spent many a season up in P-town and this past week was no exception. I do have to say that this stand alone cottage really helped put it over the top. Two days of rain could have made for a disasterous time. Yet this house had not one, but two covered decks. (one of which was screened in) and T.V's. in both bedrooms. When the sun was shining we were only a block away from Commercial Street, and the center of everything! Not to mention a short bike ride to Herring Cove. The owners went out of their way to make this a nice little place to come home to. Looking forward to staying here again.

The owners have anticipated a guests every need..
great location, parking , accesability to all venues of Provincetown. The house has every item you would have in your own home tvs, dvd player, stereo system, bbq, etc.
The house was spotless and everything is new and modern. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Place to Hang your Hat

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was close to everything. It allows you to either take the ferry or park your car and go. The owner had put together a thoughful, tourist book (for lack of a better word), we places that I wasn't aware of. We look forward to future stays with this owner. She was very accomodating!
