You'll find everything needed for an tropical vacation, three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king sized bed w/attached bath with shower, sliding doors that leads to the lanai. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and the other has two twin beds. Each bedroom has cable TVs, DVD and VCR player in the Great Room. Free High Speed wireless Internet access. Wide selection of movies for your entertainment. Screened lanai has a BBQ grill and patio furniture, heated pool. The house is open & bright with plenty of sunshine all day long with southwest sun exposure. Washer and dryer. Fish off the boat dock with your own equipment. Tigertail Beach a thirty acre nature preserve and shorebird nesting area. A concession that rents cabanas, chase lounges, kayaks and paddle boats. Para sailing, jet-ski rentals are available on the beach.

This lovely home is on a waterfront canal only one block from the Gulf of Mexico with full southwest sun exposure all day long! 15 minutes to World Class Golf - Disney World 4 hours North, Outlet Mall 15 minutes away, 20 minutes to Everglades National Park. Pets O.K. Heated Pool.

Shopping, movie theaters, marina's for boating, and great restaurant all just few minutes away; everything is so convenient. If you have never been to Marco Island you will fall in love as thousands before you. To the south lies the sprawling 10,000 Islands, coves for fly fishing heaven. You'll find Collier-Seminole State Park, Big Cypress National Preserve. Marco Island has been described as Magical, alot of sunshine with frolicking dolphins. What a wonderful way to spend your Thanksgiving! This very well equiped home was a great place to spend Thanksgiving this year. The home is very neat and spacious with plenty of seating and a very comfortable atmosphere. Home is spacious enough for 2 families. The owners are GREAT and the over all home felt like we were at our own home. Marco Island is a great location. Grocery Stores, food and shopping are all very close. This home is located in the best areas of the island. Can't wait to come back and enjoy another week here.

What a way to spend your Thanksgiving Week! We just left from a very memorable weeks stay at this home. Very spacious and comfortable with everything you need to make you feel at home. Well equipped Kitchen and plenty of room for our two families of 4 that stayed in the house. The openess of the kitchen, dining and family rooms allows for constant communication with others, even while cooking Thanksgiving dinner. We have relatives who live on the island full time and we preferred to have Thanksgiving dinner here because it was so spacious.
The lenai that is partially covered makes for a wonderful place to relax and check emails (if you must) all day or just hang out and visit. You will not want to leave. Easy walk to a great beach where there is wonderful shell treasures all around you. Amazing Sunsets! We will definately return to this location and the renters are very warm and welcoming. Enjoy!

Nice, relaxing, and close to the Beach

We rented this house the weekend of July 4th. It is a nice house with a nice deck and pool. You can walk or ride the bikes to the beach. Tigertail is a beautiful beach to go to and it's neat to walk the lagoon to get to the actual beach part. We loved the fact that we could fish off the boat dock.... We also had a great view of the fireworks that were let off.

It is a nice place and convenient. Jackie and Nickie are very friendly to deal with.
