'Oceanside' is a two story home on site 1052 in Ocean Lakes. View the ocean and listen to the sounds of the surf from inside the home or on the wrap around deck. The home is just steps from the ocean. The main level of the air conditioned home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need - just bring your food! The family room has a queen size sleep sofa, two chairs, floor cushions, color TV with cable, VCR and DVD player. There are ceiling fans in the living room and dining room. The dining room seats 8. The main level bedroom has a queen size bed with ceiling fan and access to the deck. The main level full bath has a tub/shower and washer. There is a telephone for local calls or credit card/phone card calls. The upper level has 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, 27' color TVs and ceiling fans. The bathroom is a full bath with a tub/shower. Deck furniture is provided for deck use. There is ample parking for 3 cars beneath the home and an outside shower.

    Rental accepts families and responsible adults only. No pets or smoking. Maximum of 8 people.

This place was everythign we expected. The house is well maintained and very roomy inside and well suited for a family to enjoy their vacation. Full Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner every night of the week. The location of the house is literally 40 steps from the beach, making it very easy if you forget something at the house. Beautiful wrap around deck made it very easy to see the beautiful Atlantic ocean. The Ocean lakes resort is incredible, it has everything from a grocery store, a restaurant (They had good pizza's). The amenities of the resort are well suited for families, 3 pools, a Putt Putt course and activities every night made for a fun filled vacation for our entire family. We had 2 adults, a 3 yr old and 3 teenagers. Everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this house and this location. There are plenty of things to do within 15 minutes, we went to Hard Rock Park one day, went to dinner at the Seafare seafood buffet across the street from the resort (Great food). Be sure to rent a Golf Cart or bring your own, it is easier to get around in the cart, than in a car. Due to our great experience at this house and resort, we are looking to purchase rental property in the resort.
