This beautifully decorated, end unit condo is located at Ocean Village Club on St. Augustine Beach. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Amenities include 2 pools (one is heated), tennis, hot tub and direct ocean access, with a private walkway to the beach. WIfi and computer available in the Clubhouse. The unit is on the ground floor, adjacent to the heated pool and the Clubhouse with exercise room. It is about 250 yds to the ocean. There are 2 TV's, DVD player and VCR player. This unit is pet friendly, to responsible owners, with a refundable pet deposit.

Great Family Place

This condo is located in a great area within the gated resort. Pool right outside slider doors, great for easy access and drying, when done. Our family had a great time, the beach is a little walk, but you will so enjoy the view and the people when you hit the access ramp! I personally will return to this location, my children didn't want to leave. They made several vacation friends and enjoyed beach, attractions, and shopping for school clothes at GREAT outlets. There is everything you could need in this condo and more. Thank you Anne for our experience, hope to be back soon!! We also would like to recommend Caraba's Italian Restraunt, great food!!!! Located only 10 mins. away! We all brought home a doggy bag, pets are welcome and that is a relief for small dog owners. St Augustine has the most beautiful beaches, I enjoyed walking it every morning we were there. My husband and sons also fished off the pier, caught a few, no keepers but enjoyed the quality time. We all had a GREAT TIME!!!!!!

Amazing Vacation

Our first impression was that the condo was very, very clean, spacious, and had enough of everything. The location was 2 steps away from the pool and beach, and across the street were restaurants and bars. It was very convenient for the pet owners because it is on the first level. The owner is very friendly and honest. Our family most definitely enjoyed ourselves; even our pug, and we will look forward too book the condo for our next vacation.

Perfection

The condo is beautifully decorated, very cozy home-away-from-home. The complex is well maintained with two pools, the heated one just outside your door, tennis courts, two shuffle board areas, a place to wash your car, an outdoor grilling area if you are so inclined and just a very short walk to the beach which was pristine. My husband and I as well as our little furry-faced kid, Betsy enjoyed walking and meeting many friendly people, many with dogs. The location is very convenient to sightseeing in downtown St. Augustine with many restaurants from which to choose along A1A. Will Be Back . . .

We stayed at the condo the first week of April 2008. We'll be back! It is spacious and comfy and located right by the pool. If you want to go to the beach, it is a short walk or you can drive to the beach access ramps right around the corner. Close to historical St. Augustine for a fun evening in town - We took a ghost tour. Beds were comfy, not like some of the horror stories I read about on some other reviews. We had a great time . . .
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
