Folly Beach is a great location to enjoy the low country, beaches, as well as the historic district of Charleston. The spring garden tours and antique show, Spoleto Festival from May 26 to June 11 and many local activities is what makes this area so desirable. The beach house is a few short blocks to the ocean and a couple of blocks to restaurants and shops. Come for a week and stay a life time.

Great place to stay!

I recently stayed in this great cottage with a group of friends for an extended weekend and we all loved the cottage!

First off, there is much more room in the cottage than I had expected. I love the open concept in the living area.

Secondly, this is an amazing location. You're only about 2 1/2 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks from the general store, 2 blocks from downtown...just wonderful.

Last, but not least, Folly beach itself is awesome. Great food & drinks, especially loved Ritas, Taco Boy and Snapper Jack's. Everyone is very friendly and very willing to help with directions and suggestions on places to go and things to see!

Folly Beach is a place I hope to visit many more times!

Spent a long week-end at the cottage and it was the perfect getaway. Very clean and comfortable. The cottage had everything that we needed and really enjoyed time spent on the porches. Great location with both the beach as well as restaurants an easy walk away.

This was our first trip to Folly Beach, and we will definitely be back over and over. Great house, convenient to the very good restaurants and Snapper Jack's. The cottage was clean, comfortable and just as advertised. Thanks for making our first time here such a wonderful one!

We stayed in your cottage the last week of May, 2007. It was fantastic!! The cottage is adorable and very comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out. Close to everything - beach, Charleston, shopping, restaurants. We plan on coming back again, hopefully next year. Thank you Rod and LeVan, you are wonderful property owners! The Rockwells
