    To make a reservation request, please email us. We will respond promptly to advise of availability. If available, you are welcome to request any special requirements for your visit.
  • 2-night minimum stay, except for holiday and peak periods.
    Check in is 4 pm, check out 11 am.
    Unauthorized extensions beyond checkout time may result in a charge against your deposit.
    A refundable deposit of $1,000.00 and 50% of total charges will be required to secure a reservation.
    The remaining 50% of total charges must be received in advance of 30 days prior to arrival.
    A 10% Transit tax and $300 Cleaning fee is added to all stays.
    Cancellations must be given 30 days in advance as well as any changes to your reservation. Upon receipt of your timely cancellation, we will refund you 50% of the initial deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are responsible for the full stay.
    Over occupancy and undeclared large events are not permitted.
    All long distance calls must be charged to a credit card or dialed collect. There is no charge for local calls.

For your grocery needs, there is a Raley’s Supermarket on the corner of Tahoe Boulevard and Emerald Bay (also known as HW 89). From Forest Mountain Road, take a right to Tahoe Mountain, take a left on Tahoe Boulevard and drive up a mile and a half. Before you reach the intersection, enter the driveway to your right. Within that intersection, there is also a small outlet shopping area and a Starbucks.
