Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

Our two bedroom condo has a long balcony off the Living room and Master bedroom with a view of the Gulf. The unit has been completely remodeled and updated with new appliances, furniture, bathroom floors, sinks, mirrors and fixtures.

We are located directly across from John's Pass with restaurants, shopping, gambling cruises, rentals and much more. If you are a beach lover, the sand is white and the beach is wide. Maderia Norte is located five miles North of St. Petersburg and is 25-30 minutes from both Tampa and St. Petersburg airports. Busch Gardens is approximately 40 minutes away and Disney world one and a half hours.

Had an excellent time. The condo was very clean and had all the ammeneties needed. The owners were very easy to work with and even called the day of our arrival, which was during a tropical storm, to make sure we made it O.K. The location was great with a 5 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance of several stores and restaraunts located at John's Pass.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our family rented this unit last summer (2010). We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to come back again this summer (2011). Unfortunately, this unit is already rented during the week of our family vacation. I say all of this to say, BOOK THIS UNIT EARLY. It is well equipped with all the amenties of your own home. The decor is fabulous and very inviting. The beach is literally steps away from the building. Shopping, dining, and watersports are within a birdseye view. We even went to Busch Gardens 3 times. This condo is perfect for families!
