Description of the Bonita Springs vacation condo rental
Highland Woods is located directly off Route 41 in Bonita Springs FL. 18 Hole, Par 72 Golf Course, Driving Range, Four lighted tennis courts, exercise room, seven swimming pools with hot tub, restaurant, clubhouse, bicycle trails. Within walking distance of the front gate of Highland Woods is Target, Albertson's, the Promenade with numerous shops and lovely restaurants. This third floor condo is an 1800 square foot corner unit. Master bedroom with sliding glass doors to screened-in lanai, cable TV. Spacious living room with cable TV and a glass door to screened-in lanai. Second bedroom has twin beds and cable TV. There is a lovely Futon on the Lanai. Two bathrooms. Modern eat-in kitchen, dining area, full size washer and dryer in unit. Recently redecorated with new furniture, rug and custom window design. Outside enclosed storage area and covered parking space.
