Located at 30W 87th Street 2nd floor duplex completely renovated 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, sleeps a max of 5 with central air and unobstructed bay views. Equipped with amenities including plenty of on-site parking, renovated kitchen with dishwasher, fiberglass deck, outside shower, gas grill, TV and DVD player. A wonderfully relaxing smoke and pet free environment just 2 blocks from the beach and owners live downstairs. Room to store bikes downstairs. Plenty of fine dining on the island for all ages. For a relaxing vacation come join us! No pets, no smoking. Check with us for Sept. weeks and Weekends Labor Day week is available!

We had a wonderful stay at this great house- the location couldn't be better, and the views are breathtaking, especially the sunsets. The house was very comfortable, immaculate, and well-equipped, and had a great outdoor shower ( great after a day at the ocean)!
The owners were very friendly and gracious, and gave us helpful tips on sight-seeing and dining. We will be back to enjoy this beautiful place!! See for yourself.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
