This lovely family home is located on Bucks Pond in the Great Sands Lake community. It is directly on the swimming pond and has a stunning sunset view as well as colorful gardens. The charming home is recently renovated with a new kitchen and bathrooms. The upper level has two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, porch and deck. The lower level has two bedrooms, bath and family room. The lower level can be closed off from the upper level which enables two families to comfortably coexist. Both floors have beautiful views. The home offers kayaks and a pedal boat for your pleasure. A dock hugs the property and offers another lovely relaxing spot. A beach is steps away. The home is tastefully and simply decorated and even offers central air conditioning. There is Weber grill on the lower patio for those family barbecues. We offer sheets and towels for your use as well as chairs, bikes and beach toys.

The great thing about this house is that you can stay here for seven days, have a ball and not have to leave. Or you can use it as home base and explore the island. If you are seeking peace and tranquilty on the Cape, this is the place to be. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, on a peaceful pond, of which gives you the feel of being off the beaten path however conveinently located to several attractions the Cape has to offer. (you can get there from here) The dock offers you access to a clean swimming area of which is a nice alternative to the beaches, for those who desire private water playgrounds, or the best of both worlds. The property in general is clean and cozy, especially while relaxing out on the screened in porch overlooking the pond at sunset. The owners of this home are very easy to deal with and will ensure your stay is exactly what you are looking for in your Cape experience. Highly recommended as a former guest!
