Cottage on Lake Winnesquam that is available to rent on a weekly basis in the summer (Saturday-Saturday) and on a weekly or weekend basis in the spring and fall. Located on the south end of Lake Winnesquam, New Hampshire in a quiet neighborhood. It is approximately 3 miles from Rte 93 and only minutes away from outlet shopping.

On 70 feet of private waterfront, the cottage has a 30' dock and great views of the lake. The cottage has 30'x24' of living space and a full unfinished walkout basement. In addition to the kitchen/living areas, the house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and will sleep 6 people comfortably. A washer/dryer and additional sleeping area are located in the basement.

The cottage is fully furnished (just bring your own sheets and towels) and has a telephone (local calls only), color TV, VCR, DVD, cable, high-speed internet, and microwave oven. A bumper pool and Foosball table are in the basement.

No smoking or pets are allowed.

Beautiful and relaxing!

I love this house. It has a beautiful screened porch with incredible views of the lake and maountains. I come back every year to watch the sun rise, swim, sail and enjoy the town. Kayaking is amazing--the owners gave me great tips about the narrow passages to explore. So much room I often invite family. Got a fishing permit just down the road. The neighbors are all super friendly and quiet. I can't say enough about how much I've enjoyed it here and find something new and interesting each time I visit. Last year I found a great new farm style eatery down the road that serves all home made and healthy meals. The best veggie burger in NH! Downtown Tilton is definitely worth a morning stroll for coffee and browsing the shops. Store down at bridge--don't go near it for coffee if your on a diet. They have the best homemade donuts in town for free grabs at the register on weekends. Can't wait to come back!
