Our house is 5 minutes from Disney in a developement called Oak Island Harbor. Newly decorated with tile flooring and carpeting. New living room and family room furniture. Wireless internet. Overlooks a lake with southern exposure. Close to all the amusement parks, Disney World, MGM Studio, Animal Kingdom, Universal and Sea World. Orlando airport is 20 minutes away. Beaches are 1 hour away going east or west. Tampa and Bush Gardens about 1 hour away. Kennedy Space Center 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Place was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood, security system. Close to attractions. Our family enjoyed the home, very well kept, clean. The owner was very friendly and prompt about returning deposit. I would recommend this home for a family. My teenage daughters enjoyed their stay.

A perfect home from home

Our first time in Orlando with our children, aged 12 & 10. This house was the perfect base for all of the theme parks and a great way to get away from the action for a bit of peace and quiet. I think it's the quietest place I have ever stayed in on holiday and , let's face it, you need your rest in Orlando!! We ate in a lot and found the Winn Dixie supermarket very convenient. We also liked the DVD rental machine next to it!! Of course, there are also loads of restaurants within a 5 minute drive too.

The pool was great for a dip after a long day and the kids really enjoyed that...as well as lounging on the sofas watching Disney channel!!!

Overall a great place to stay,we would be happy to return.

Great House

The house is exactly as described. The pictures are accurate . It is very clean and comfortable. All furniture in great condition. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it is very quiet and peaceful. The house has security system. Close to attractions.

Our family enjoyed the home.. We had the pool heated because it was a bit cool while we were visiting, my son loved it. The owner was very friendly and prompt about returning deposit. I would recommend this home for a family

Wonderful house near Disney

We stayed in this house for a week in March. The house is very inviting, and we all felt at home the minute we came in the front door. We came with our two boys, age 4 and 6, and they loved the pool. They would sleep in it if we let them. We used the pool heater, and we used the pool from the morning to after sunset. Alot of restaurants and shops only 3 min away with car. We loved the house and the location of it.

Great vacation spot!

What a lovely home. It was comfortable, clean and in a great location for everything we wanted to do. We had 8 people in the house for two of our nights there and it was perfect. Having the swimming pool steps away was wonderful for the sunny afternoons. I would recommend this holiday home in a heartbeat. Thanks ever so much for sharing you home with these Canadians.
