Our house is 5 minutes from Disney in a developement called Oak Island Habor. Overlooks a lake with southern exposure. Close to all the amusement parks, Disney World, MGM Studio, Animal Kingdom, Universal and Sea World. Orlando airport is 20 minutes away. Beaches are 1 hour away going east or west. Tampa and Bush Gardens about 1 hour away. Kennedy Space Center 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Place was exactly as described. Quiet neighborhood, security system. Close to attractions. Our family enjoyed the home, very well kept, clean. The owner was very friendly and prompt about returning deposit. I would recommend this home for a family. My teenage daughters enjoyed their stay.

We had a great stay at this home! Clean, roomy, great neighborhood, price is great! Thank you R for helping to make our vacation successful! Owner called to make sure everything was good! Great home - we will definitely go back!

There's no catch!

We saw this home on the internet and signed up - thinking there would be a catch because it looked too good to be true. We arrived to a clean, well-maintained home in a lovely nieghborhood just minutes (really) from Disney.

We shopped at the local grocery store so we could save money and make some of our own food in the well-equipped kitchen.

The pool was fun and perfect for our family, and the launrdy facilities meant we could pack light.

My in-laws came to stay for some of the vacation because we had so many bedrooms and it still wasn't crowded.

The owner called us the first night to make sure everything was OK.

We would (and already have) recommend this particular home!
