This newly furnished spacious home features 3000 sq. ft. of living space with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on three different levels. At an elevation of 3400 feet, enjoy spectacular views of the Great Smokey Mountains and breath-taking sunsets whether from the rocking chairs or hot tub on the spacious covered wraparound porches. Very private wooded setting with lots of wildlife to enjoy, yet close to all amenities. Outdoor fire pit with fire wood. Central A/C and heat with gas log fire place and a gas heater in basement. Four television sets all with satellite including a 50inch TV in the living room and three DVD players. Fully equipped kitchen. Laundry room. All bed linens and towels are provided. GAME ROOM .Located just minutes from beautiful Maggie Valley, NC. Easy access (four wheel drive recommended in winter) with covered parking and plenty of flat area at home site. No smoking or pets allowed please.

Our Log Home Sits At The Top Of A Mountain: On 8 acres with end of the road privacy. Plenty of parking area. This Home was just furnished with new everything. The finished basement has one bedroom with a full bathroom and a game room with an 8' pool table, foosball table, dart board, slot machines and a 32' TV.

Keyless entry system: offers safety and securty for all guest. Entry code will be issued to guest prior to arrival.

Thank you to the Badia family for your hospitality in letting our families visit your beautiful home. The view was amazing and the kids had plenty of room to run around inside and out! The hiking path was pretty spectacular and the kids loved the "pool" on the porch. (At 2 and 5, it was a pool for them) There was plenty of room for the two families and it was close to many parks and local attractions!

Thank you also for being so flexible with us. First time travelling with 5 kids and we didnt know what to expect, but having the cabin to retreat to every night made it very easy for the kids to enjoy the trip.

The morning and evening views were amazing and I will send the shots once I get back on my home computer.

Me, my sister, and our 6 kids had a wonderful time over the memorial weekend. The kids were never bored. The house was more than amazing!Thanks for giving us a place to make new memories. The kids will always have that one of their Aunt getting up that mountain in the Expedition. I can laugh about it now! We hope to visit again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We wanted to let you know what a great week we had at TimberTop. It is
such a comfortable, homey cabin. We had family from age 3 to 66 that had a wonderful time--there is something for everyone to enjoy! And, what a great location...it has that "away from it all" feel, but you are close to so many activities! Thanks again for letting us enjoy our Thanksgiving
holiday at TimberTop. (It even snowed a bit. A huge bonus for
Floridians!!)

Thank you so much for making your rental property available to us. Your place is very spacious and worked out really well for the 4 of us. The game room was perfect after being out during the days and needing to wind down. Thank you for providing everything we needed for our 5 day stay in July. We had a wonderful time.
