Beautiful, newly renovated home on two stunning acres in quiet beach community- few minutes walk to Kettle Cove Beach, Crescent Beach State Park and Two Lights State Park. Home features just about every convenience we could think of-full gourmet kitchen, cozy hearth, very large second bedroom with full ocean view, wrap around covered porch, two decks(upper and lower) gas grill, jacuzzi tub and outdoor shower. This is the perfect place for families -with huge safe yard, playstructure, firepit, shared rec barn featuring ping-pong, pool table, airhockey, bicycles, kayak, canoe, and tons of toys kids will be entertained safely for hours on end. We also share our seasonal veggie garden, raspberry strawberry and blueberry patch and our orchard (plums, peaches, apples and cherries). We are a short bike ride to the Two Lights Lobster Shack and Kettle Cove Ice cream stand-but less than 1/2 mile from restaurants and a general store .We have many return guests and rave reviews.

Portland is 10 minute drive with theaters, fine dining, large harbor for cruises and whale watching, and ferries to outer islands. Freeport capital of outlet shopping is 25 minutes north (LL Bean flagship, Ralph Lauren, Brooks Brothers, Patagonia, etc). Beautiful kayaking in nearby estuaries and in bay surrounding Crescent beach. Pick berries at local farm or on our own property. Tennis courts nearby at historic Fort Williams park along with large open fields and playgrounds. Public swimming pool at Cape Elizabeth High School. Running trails.

This is the best vacation home have ever rented. It was all Homeaway said it was, and so much more. We loved the family atmosphere, everything that could have been provided was, and then some. We loved the home, the decor, the cleanliness, the furnishings, the surroundings, the proximity to the beach, the accessibility of the owners, the prompt return of our deposit....just can't say enough good!!!
