The cottage is located on Cook St. between Commercial and Bradford streets in the East End of town on the edge of the gallery district around the corner from Angel Foods and the Provincetown Art Association Museum. The setting is serene and private, yet only a 5 minute walk to the center of town. The bay is right at the end of the street with public beach access just a few blocks down Commerical St. You don't need a car, although there is parking for one if you have it.

Great space, stylish and comfortable and clean; well-located within walking distance to Commercial and also to a couple general stores, but a quiet street so no worries about late-night noise.
Owner's Response: I'm always happy when guests enjoy my home. And although this season is now fully booked, it's never too early to think about next year!

This is a great place to stay. We loved the location, very quiet yet a short walk to restaurants and shops. The fenced in yard is beautiful and quite big for the area. Inside is very nicely decorated and has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and easy to contact. We highly recommend this rental!

Classic Cape Cod Cottage

The house, location and garden make this rental an ideal choice for a vacation in P-town. Tucked away, yet within easy walking distance of all that P-town has to offer in terms of restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The cosy, beach-theme to the interior decorating make this cottage a Cape Cod classic. Everything you could possibly need is supplied. The garden makes this home a little oasis of peace and tranquility.

The house is as described and was clean and well maintained. The owner is very pleasant, attentive and easy to interact with. I would definitely recommend this property.

very cute and very comfortable

This place was very nicely decorated and was very comfortable for our family of 4 plus 2 grandpartents and our dog. It was Clean and well maintained. I loved the smell of the flowers when we first arrived. The owner left very good instructions for the use of the TV/Cable/DVD - the kids were happy and Grandpa was happy! I would recommend this rental to friends and I would rent it again. It is in the east end, and many of the restaurants and the stores are in the west end which could be quite a walk - it's a nice walk though.

A great place to stay!

This place is just as advertised. Beautiful and very comfortable with nice touches throughout. Close enough to make it an easy 5-to-10-minute walk into town center, yet far enough out to be away from all the activity. Right between Commercial and Bradford street, but it seems more secluded. A real escape! This place is at the top of my list for future rentals in Ptown.
