Rec room in basement includes stone dry bar and 55' wide screen TV. Original wood paneling throughout. Fenced in back yard for privacy, perfect for post-beach barbecues. On Waban Park. 5 minute walk to town; 1 minute hop, skip or jump to Oak Bluffs town beach.
