Recently renovated Victorian home located in the historic Copeland District just one block from the beach. Three story home with decks and wrap around porch with ocean views from each. Five large bedrooms, spacious living room with brick fireplace that opens to the large wrap-around porch, formal dining room and eat-in kitchen. Rec room in basement includes stone dry bar and 55' wide screen TV. Original wood paneling throughout. Fenced in back yard for privacy, perfect for post-beach barbecues. On Waban Park. 5 minute walk to town; 1 minute hop, skip or jump to Oak Bluffs town beach.
