Upper condo unit 126 with lake and mountain view at Birds of Paradise. Beautifully decorated and fully equipped; 2 TVs, satellite dish, telephone, wireless internet, unlimited minutes per month of long distance calling to anywhere in U.S., Canada and UK with vonage , heated pool, hot tub, laundry facilities, 2 hours once a week cleaning, covered parking, 24 hours security. Non smokers and no pets. Ajijic is an old Mexican village, at 5200 feet elevation on Lake Chapala. It is a retirement village with exceptional climate year round (no humidity/air conditioning not required).

This property was very well maintained, clean and bright. It was very well furnished and equipped, the management services provided were also very efficent & friendly. The description was better than accurate. To top it all the owners were extremely courteous and totally up front in their dealings with us. Thanks to the owners we had a very pleasent stay in their home.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car
Owner's Response: We are proud to offer our condo to renters visiting the Lake Chapala area when we are unable to use the condo ourselves during the spring/summer months. The condo is an excellent rental for anyone wanting to explore an old Mexican village, hike, horseback ride, shop or just relax. Our 24 hour security, excellent heated pool and hot tub and well equipped condo offers you an comfortable time away from home without any worries.
