Own sandy beach in Town. You can swim, kayak, watch seagulls, rent boats or watch the sunrise over the harbor. Within a few blocks, there is a supermarket, cinema, library and the Whaling Museum and gourmet restaurants. No car needed, off street parking is provided. Living room and 2 bedrooms on the first floor look out onto the harbor, second floor has open living room and dining area, with seating for 12 along with 2 bedrooms. The oversized kitchen is fully equipped making for easy entertaining indoors or outdoors with a gas grill for dining. Enjoy the feel of old style Nantucket and its quaintness and the convenience of Town.

This house exceeded our expectations in every way. Perfect location. The house was well equipped to cook. The views changed every hour as the sun shifted. We hope to make this an annual event.
Owner's Response: Judy and Nancy captured the essence of our house the Blue Mermaid. Thank you. Their sentiments echoed that of our previous guests that it is the best spot on the island for location and views.
