The lower level Villa is beautifully furnished with Tommy Bahama furnishings and sits right on the sand in an exclusive gate guarded community. The residence offers two spacious bedrooms with a California King bed in the master suite, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the amenities needed to cook a special meal along with a beach front patio that has a Weber gas BBQ. Also on the patio is a hot tub and a nice set of deep seat cushion furnishings. In the two car garage is a 9’ pool table, foosball table, a ping pong table, and an LCD flat screen for your favorite show or game. If you are concerned about parking the driveway holds 3 – 6 cars. This property is in great condition with beautiful windows, doors, hardware, cape cod moldings/baseboard, carpeting, travertine floors, two tone paint, granite countertops, and stainless appliances.

Our rental is very centrally located to all major airports, shopping, theme parks, wineries, and fine restaurants.
Dining and Shopping: Dining in the surrounding area consists of a famous Mexican restaurant, an Italian restaurant and Sushi within walking distance. We also have waterfront dining on the San Clemente Pier or in the Dana Point Harbor. There are many more upscale restaurants in the vicinity due to the proximity of the nearby Luxury Hotels inclusive of The Ritz Carlton, The St. Regis and The Montage Resort.
Shopping in the area has everything from the Shops at Mission Viejo to South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island. They all offer valet parking and more items than you can possibly imagine.

You do not need a lawnmower at the beach.
Our family stayed at this amazing beach house for
two weeks. We enjoyed every minute of it and were
very sad to leave. We enjoyed resting on the beach
that was only steps away, riding our bikes along the
bike trail, boogie boarding at nearby beaches,
riding the train and many other activities that were
nearby. The waves were beautiful and the kids
enjoyed searching for sea urchins and star fish
which were plentiful. The owner went above and
beyond to be sure our needs were met and we had
an enjoyable stay. Thank You for helping us have an

We loved our stay on Beach Road this year! We've stayed in many homes that professed to be 'handicapped accessible' but all that really meant was that it had high toilets which are mostly good for the elderly.
The pictures on this listing interested us most because they looked like we'd be close to the beach, have lots of room, mostly uncarpeted floors, and up-to-date appliances and furnishings. We found all that to be true. We loved the play room and were pleasantly surprised to also find a trampoline. The only accommodation we had to make for my paraplegic companion was to take off the door into the toilet and bath area--all others were wide enough.
We appreciated how friendly and helpful the owner was and even when we called him at home, he gave the answers we needed even though if we'd investigated a little more before calling, we could have found them ourselves.
The pool man came twice while we were there and the grounds were very well kept. We especially liked the awnings that could be used over the outside table to continue to enjoy the sun without getting burned.
The only disappointment was that although there was more than enough room for more than 6 occupants, the law only allows six for overnight. Our family who wanted to rent the upstairs apartment, had to find another place (in Newport Beach) during the same time were just able to visit during the day.
All in all, we're planning to rent this house (and possibly the top as well) again next year during the off season.
The beach house was everything the property description claims it to be. The large window facing the Ocean has an amazing view in the morning and evening. I can't describe my Grandson's delight when he saw the Trampoline in the yard. We have the most amazing photo of him sitting on the tip of the sail boat looking out at the ocean. The rental was very clean and decorated beautifully. Your home is warm and very inviting. We have lots of wonderful family memories from our visit and would love to rent both the upper and lower level(s) next year. .
The location between Los Angeles and San Diego enables easy access to many California attractions. A few choices are Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Magic Mountain, Universal Studios, Beverly Hills Shopping, Sea World, Temecula Wine Tasting, and Lego Land. In the local Dana Point area the harbor offers a marine institute and a rental center for jet skiing, kayaking, sailing, biking, etc. Golfing and tennis are also in the vicinity. Swimming, surfing, playing in the ocean are just outside on the beach. Volleyball, basketball, and beach fires are also available just steps down the beach.
