Beautifully-appointed home with spectacular views. Far from the crowds and surrounded by scenic splendor, the house is situated high on a canyon hillside and features breathtaking unobstructed views of the surrounding vermilion cliffs. The 8 acres of private land includes a horse corral. This modern, fully-equipped 2000 sq. foot home from home features a large king bedroom with en suite two-sink bathroom. There is a queen bedroom with separate bathroom. A comfortable living room futon allows for up to 6 guests. The house is less than five minutes from all the amenities of the picturesque little 'wild west' town of Kanab - the center of several major national parks and monuments. Kanab is a natural destination for visitors to Southern Utah.

The closest major airport is Las Vegas-about three hours away. The closest larger town (and regional airport) is St. George (about 1.5 hours drive). Kanab has a small airfield for private planes. The house is in a safe, secluded location in the exclusive 'Rancho' area and features all modern conveniences and probably the best unobstructed views in Kanab, plus: Covered porches with exterior furniture. Satellite HDTV - new 46' Sony XBR3 1080p HDMI LCD TV. Wireless Broadband Internet. Fireplace, plus central air and heat. Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and board. Fully equipped modern 'island-style' kitchen with oven, range, microwave, large fridge, coffee-maker, pure water filter, dishwasher, and all other conveniences. Workout room includes new NordicTrak elliptical and treadmill plus other equipment. All bedding and bathroom linens, hairdryers in each bathroom.
