This villa has a great water view and beautiful Key West retreat theme furnishings. It is decorator furnished & custom painted. Open great room w generous seating, vaulted ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, screened porch. Master bedroom suite with king bed, private bath & walk-in closet. Sliding door to screened porch. Bedroom #2 & #3 each have 2 twin beds. Queen size pull out sofa. Ceiling fans throughout, TV/DVD/VCR in all rooms, clothes washer/dryer. Second top floor end unit with wrap around windows has a bright and cheery atmosphere. Front entry has a large pond/fountain view. The screened porch/ on the back of the villa has a tranquil lagoon/golf course with vista views. Gorgeous views from front to back just make you 'feel good'. Short walk to swimming pool/jacuzzi, tennis court. Villa has an upscale look with a comfortable & relaxing atmosphere.
