- Bunkroom is on first floor off the kitchen eating area. There is also a half bath off the kitchen with a washer/dryer. The Master Bedroom is on the second floor off the living room and has sliding doors to the oceanside deck. There is a full bath on the second floor just off the living room but separate from the master bedroom. The third floor has 2 double beds and a half bath and also has a deck off the bedroom which faces oceanside. There are spiral stairs going to the 3rd floor. Off the living room are ships stairs (very narrow) going to a carpeted sleeping loft which has a very low ceiling and 2 double mattresses. There is also a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room.
