Enjoy this well-cared for 3-level detached condo in the desirable Eastman community. Located in Grantham just paces off Eastman Lake, enjoy all the lakefront activities for adults and children alike as well as a Championship Golf Course and thirteen tennis courts. Activity center includes weekly summer programs for children ages 4 and up. Just 20 minutes to Hanover and Lebanon as well as Lake Sunapee and the mountain, and 30 minutes from Woodstock, VT. The property has 3 living levels, a wonderful great room, a wrap-around deck, and a partial view of a cove near the lake. It also includes wireless internet connection.

Eastman Amenities: The South Cove Activity Center at Eastman offers many amenities. In addition to the beaches on Eastman Lake there are boat rentals, including canoes, kayaks and small sailboats. Lessons are also available for a nominal fee. There is an indoor pool and children's activities are available weekly, beginning at age four. There are nature trails winding through the woods surrounding Eastman Lake. There are also 13 tennis courts at Eastman.

The beautiful new South Cove Activity Center building has an indoor lap and recreation pool, fitness center, game room, and other activities for families.

The Center at Eastman: The championship 18 hole golf course is available to all visitors to Eastman. The Center at Eastman includes a full golf pro shop with lessons available from the full-time pro, a tavern, and a full restaurant.
