About The Owner

Christina and John Lynch own and manage this property. We used to live in the condo prior to having kids...so we can tell you it is a great place to enjoy Annapolis from...and the views aren't bad either.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2001

Why The Owner chose Annapolis

Annapolis is a historic town surrounded by the Chesapeake Bay and Severn River.

It has the amenities of a big town all walkable within the historic district.

Plus, the Naval Academy and St. John's College add culture and excitement to the town.

What makes this condo unique

The view from deck at night is a favorite spot to view Historic Annapolis. Guests of our

condo love the ability to walk out the door and be in the middle of the Historic District.

The Naval Academy and City Dock area are a nice walk down Main Street.

We had a fun girls weekend and the location was fantastic. We parked the car and walked everywhere. The condo had everything we needed!

John and Christina were great hosts, and very helpful and accommodating. Their place was in the ideal location, and was clean and comfortable. The deck was a huge bonus!

Thanks so much for having us!

Great location, nice amenities

  • 4 of 5

This is the second time I've stayed here, attending a homecoming weekend at St. John's College. The location is great - downtown and walkable to everything. Yet the location on a side street meant no late bar noises. It would be nice to have a bar or container of soap provided, and instructions for closing up were confusing. This unit is not for those who can't climb 3 flights of stairs. Otherwise great.

Wedding Weekend

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful long weekend we had staying at Christina and John's condo. Literally just steps away from historic downtown Annapolis and was within walking distance of the venue and church for our daughters wedding. Great for our family and would highly recommend. We had our 78 year old inlaws with us and the stairs to condo were a little challenge for my mother in law but we managed. That literally is the only obstacle to keep in mind if anyone in your party cannot do a lot of stairs. If you don't want a car this is the place to stay. So much within walking distance. We would stay here again. Thanks Christina and John
