It has a large family room, a deck, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, cable TV, phone and Internet service, a one car garage, and parking for 3 cars. This home can easily accommodate two families on vacation together. Walk to the beach & spend your days swimming, tide pooling, surfing, boogie-boarding, or fishing. Walk to restaurants, shops, a large playground, basketball court, jazz club, cinema, & York's Wild Animal Kingdom! Enjoy an evening concert at the beach gazebo or ride your bikes to view the famous Nubble Lighthouse. York is home to 4 beaches, the York River, many historical museums, Stonewall Kitchen, Mount Agamenticus, & the Ledges golf course. Terrific accommodations for a large group. VERY clean and well maintained. All details and amenities carefully thought out. The townhouse is exactly as advertised, and very comfortable. Lots of space for us to spread out. Rec room downstairs was great for the kids in our group. My family has wonderful memories of York, 40+ years ago, and it was really nice to come back together again in such a homey environment. Stacie is a very gracious hostess, very responsive, and I'd definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Fantastic vaction home and location!

The townhouse was lovely and well equipped. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed in the house and for the beach. We were a group of three families of four and there was plenty of space for all of us. The family room was especially nice as it was a great hangout area for the kids.

The location couldn't be beat, either. Walking distance to the beach and shops...perfect!

Stacie and her family were excellent hosts as well. Thanks for a great vacation!

York Beach Town Home A fabulous vacation

My husband and I rented this immaculate town home from the advice of a good friend who had rented it the year before and again this year. It was best family vaction since my children's childhood. We have 4 grown,married children and 1 grandchild each came and went as they pleased some staying most of the week other coming one weekened and then return the next as work allowed. They all had a great time and the place gave everyone their own bedrooms and showers. It was just a fantastic experience which we plan to repeat next year. The owner was pleasant, helpful and ready to help if we had any questions of any kind regarding dining, places to go; she was a great landlord so to speak. I would recommend this home and have already to others without thinking twice. We loved our time together in this updated, comforts of home vacation townhome. It deserves an A plus for cleanliness, comfort and being a trully fantastic vacation spot.

This townhome has everything you could want in a vacation home and more! Walking distance from beaches, restaurants, shopping and more. Excellent location for families and plenty of space for large families with children. The townhome was excellently maintained and very clean. The owners were helpful and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. In fact, my familty was so impressed, we will be returning next year!
