Upstairs at the Old Homestead, located in the East End across from St. Marys of the Harbor, right in front of the beach. This lovely old former guesthouse circa 1850 offers uninterrupted views of the bay. Located a stones throw from the gallery district and only a 10 min stroll downtown. Spacious living areas, wood floors, one king size bedroom and one queen size bedroom . Soak in the bay views and commercial street from inside or on your private balcony, or walk the 30 steps to sink your feet into the sand Amenities: deck looking out over the bay, Fully equipped kitchen, claw foot bathtub and separate shower room, satellite TV, high speed DSL, DVD & CD player, quality linens and central heat. Pets considered.

This place is in a great location as it is a short walk to shops, restaurants and art galleries, yet it is not right in the middle of it all.
The property itself is an antique and the upstairs apartment is full of charm. It is very open and airy, the kitchen, bedrooms, and living area are all plenty big. The bedding is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathroom with shower is very tight but the bathroom with the claw foot tub is fabulous. The owners are just as charming as the property, very friendly, sincere people.
