There is also para sailing and deep sea fishing. Your outside activities are only limited by your imagination. There are many diverse and eclectic events open to the public. Art shows abound. There are weekly concerts in the Tabernacle, along with Fireworks and picnics. The annual spectacular 'Illumination Night' is not to be missed. Many artists find themselves overwhelmed and inspired by the beautiful scenery. Whatever your idea of relaxation is, the Vineyard has it. Half the rental fee is due when signing the rental lease. The balance is due 60 Days before arrival, along with a $300.00 cleaning fee. A deposit is required, proportional to the length of stay. All deposits will be returned in a timely fashion, if there is no damage. Renters are required to vacate by 10:00 AM on the last day of the lease. Special arrangements regarding, arrival and departure times should be discussed with the owner. Families are encouraged, children are welcomed. However, our home is not baby proof. Enjoy the shade of the large wrap-around porch or the Gas Grill & Huge Sunny YARD bordered by Pine Trees. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and all appliances (including NEW Stove, NEW microwave & NEW Washer & Dryer). Everything for cooking & serving is provided. Our large Victorian home is full of light & clean lines, our decor is comfortable & casual. We have all appliances (many are new) and amenities . We have a Flat Screen TV & Wireless lHigh Speed Internet. However, we are not a high tech home, we are a beach house & our decor is child friendly. The entire interior of our home has been freshly painted & Hardwood floors refinished. We do not allow smoking, pets or large groups. We can not, under any circumstances, accommodate more than 12 people. Families are encouraged, children are welcomed. Our home is NOT BABY PROOF. Guests with small children should plan accordingly. There is plenty of space for everyone. We offer a discount for monthly and multiple week guests. This enchanting spot will create summer vacation memories which will last a lifetime.
