The cottage is one block from Soundview Beach in Old Lyme, CT. The shore is perfect for long walks. This is mostly a family community. Hartford Ave is one block away and has shops, ice cream, and attractions for children (like a Merry-go-Round). There is a homemade donut shop half a block away. The Pavillion, a restaurant/bar, is on the beach at the end of the block.

Reservation deposit of $200 due upon signing lease. This then becomes security deposit. Rent paid in half increments. All payments due at least 12 days before rental begins.
Mandatory cleaning fee of $70 is not included in rent.
Cottage cannot be held without reservation deposit.
