Charming home with 2 units is located just one block from Main Laguna Beach village and downtown, and the swimming beach. Full oceanview from the living room, kitchen/dining, large balcony. Large master bedroom/ king bed with mountain view. 2nd bedroom has a full size bed. Living area's sofa is converted to a queen bed and has a love seat-twin bed. Light, clean, bright. HDTV flat panel TV/monitor, cable, high speed wireless Internet; fireplace, laundry room, new kitchen and kitchen appliances, new tableware. Large balcony is fully furnished and has a barbecue; large private garden patio with gazebo, trees and flowers makes for great lounging, barbecues, outdoor dining, entertaining, kicking a ball –great for family gathering and safe playing area for kids.
