Now booking Winter Season & Summer 2009! Quiet, pristine Newfound Lake in Bristol, NH. Bring the whole family, or share with others... sleeps 10! Plenty of room in this private 5 bedroom, 2 bath house overlooking Newfound Lake in Bristol, NH. East side of the lake for all day sun! Only a 10 minute walk to the association's sandy beach for swimming, boating, tubing, kayaking and more. Come home and enjoy the gorgeous sunset on our huge wrap around deck. Only a 10 minute drive to hike Mount Cardigan and 20 minutes to Ragged Mountain. Just a short ride to larger Wellington State Park with gorgeous beach, public boat launch & hiking trails. Boat rentals available at local marina or bring your own boat and leave at the bottom of the driveway. Nearby attractions include: Polar Caves, the Science Center, Sculptured Rocks and more. A leisurely drive up route 93 will take you to Franconia Notch and historic Mount Washington.

Newfound Lake is considered to be one of the cleanest lakes in the country and is a fantastic alternative to the hustle and bustle of Lake Winnipesauke and offers all the same amenities but in the quaint town of Bristol and surrounding towns. Enjoy nearby deeded sandy beach or visit nearby Wellington State Park - a favorite of many with its white sandy beaches and clear water. Plenty of fine and casual dining just a short drive away.

  • Winter months through May: $1,000 / week
    June: $1,200 / week Bike Week: $1,400
    July through Labor Day: $1,400 / week
    September - October: $1,200 / week

    Reservations require 1/3 deposit to secure rental.
    Balance due 30 days before arrival.
    In addition, a security/damage deposit of $400 is due 30 days before arrival. This will be refunded 1 week after rental period if the premises is left undamaged.
    $75 Cleaning fee.
