This is an elegant hotel villa with eat in kitchen for short or medium term rent. The accommodation is located at Sunrise Beach and Villas on beautiful Paradise Island beach. Enjoy privacy and quiet surroundings and relax in one of our two pools, enjoy a meal at the on-site Viola's Bar and Grill, or sip a cool drink from Archie's Bar on the beach. The crystal clear water, clean air and balmy trade winds make for an unforgettable stay, but if you do feel the need for excitement, take a 4 minute stroll over to the Atlantis where you will find 20 restaurants, luxury shopping malls, a theater, a huge casino and many other entertainment options. A short 3 mile trip over the bridge takes you to the heart of the Nassau tourist district. Watersports too numerous to mention are waiting, many right on the beach. When you are finished exploring and looking to leave the crowd behind, come home to Sunrise Beach Club and Villas and relax.

Upon getting to Sunrise Beach I was made most welcomed, like I was a part of their little family.

The location is within walking distance to just about everything. There is so much to see and do that on one day my daughter and I started off around 9:00am and did not return back to the resort until 7:00pm.

Once again, thank you so much for the best four days of vacation that I have ever had! I hope to be back soon to see all of my new friends at Sunrise Beach!

We had a wonderful time the people were friendly and very helpfull if you needed something. We had so much fune we will go agen. The value for the money you can not beat. The rooms are clean the ground pretty and beach fun. Every is within walking distance, I can not recmond this place highly enough.

The staff and owner at this location are excellent and very friendly!! The room and the property were clean and very well-maintained. On Friday night at Viola's Bar they have karaoke which was so much fun! I was very sad to leave and am already ready for another vacation at Sunrise Beach Villas!! I would definietly recommend this property to anyone!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
