- All bedrooms are very comfortable sizes, well furnished and well ventilated with cathedral ceilings, multiple windows, fans, bureaus & chairs. You won't feel crowded with a full house. All have full size closets and multiple windows with much natural light. All bedrooms have a pleasant view of the conservation park or the large, private shaded yard. Two of the single beds can be used as day beds for sitting, reading, relaxing or sleeping, (these are not pull out sofas). Bedroom # 1 has a television with satellite service and DVD. All bedrooms are clad in antique natural cedar beaded board. Very charming.

Warm, calm water beaches 5 houses away: Walk just a few houses to several warm water beaches. Great swimming and fishing. The water of our beaches are warm and calm. Walk to the mouth of the Herring River to fish and watch the sail boats. Walk the Conservation Trail to the Frog Pond just in back of this home. Great area to enjoy the outdoors for adults & children. Very pretty setting, large yard with mature shade trees, charming, comfortable house with privacy and convenience. Located in a safe uncrowded neighborhood of mostly antique homes.
Bicycle Paths and Walking Trails: Bicycle Paths: The 26 mile long Cape Cod Rail Trail is 1/12 miles away, traveling through 6 lovely Cape Cod towns. Another 8 mile trail is 10 minutes away. Most roads allow bicycles with the normal flow of traffic. Bring your own bicycle or rent one near by. Walking Trails: The Conservation Park abuts this property, just walk out the back door to discover frogs in the pond, interesting birds, wild life and the trail to a second beach. Walk the Indian Lands Conservation Area to the Bass River. Walk 4 trails through the Fresh Pond Conservation Area to a spectacular pond.
Boating and Water Activities: All within 1 1/2 miles: 12 Boat Ramps to launch your water craft. Para sailing, windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing/kayaking/paddle boats, charterer fishing trips, whale watches and sight seeing cruises 5 minutes away. Walk 5 minutes to Herring River to Fish. Fish off the Bass River Bridge or jetty at West Dennis Beach. 18 beaches for swimming-ours is Only 5 Houses Away!! A 3-4 minute walk. You can see the water from our driveway.
Golf: 12 Golf courses near by ! Dennis Highlands and Dennis Pines are just over a mile away ! Another 3 golf courses are 5 miles away. 5 more golf courses are a pleasant (non-highway) 10 minute ride away. Pick from the best ! Play a different course each day, or master your favorite. Driving Range is 5 minutes away.
