Condo has 1500 sq ft. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms has a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a private bathroom with a walk in closet, living/dining room area with a walk out balcony, with a ocean view. Beautiful views of Puerto del Rey Marina, the islands of Culebra and baby island Vieques. Also has one queen size bed , Two full size beds and a twin bed. Condo can sleep up to ten people You will enjoy!! (NO PASSPORT NEEDED FOR US CITIZENS)

Flamenco Beach: Flamenco Beach in Culebra, one of the worlds more beautiful beaches. From the ferry dock in Culebra or from outside the airport you can easily catch public transportation to Flamenco Beach. $2. each way. You would be wise to take your drinking water (and perhaps a sandwich) with you. You can eat in town ... or sometimes the Restaurant/Bar, at the hotel at the far end of the beach, is open. Little Kiosks that sell cheap food have opened in Flamenco Beach but probably not in the winter mid-week

Culebra & Vieques Islands: Culebra has more tourists than Vieques Island and is more expensive. The 'Water Taxi' ride out to Culebrita Island and/or to Luis Pena Island is about a 30 to 45 min. ride it is well worth the trip. The Campgrounds on Flamenco beach is one of the better places to camp in the world, you may need a permit in advance, you may not. ..see the camping pages for info. Kayaking is great fun in Culebra. Culebra is a nice place to bicycle. Culebra Bike and Beach Rentals is located right in town. Information

Places to Shop: There is shopping for food or clothes, restaurants 1 mile away. There is Walmart, Walgreens, Sam's Club all within 5 miles away. Luquillo Beach is 15 mins away. There is everything you need. There also is Gambling Casinos for the lucky. Also Located 5 minutes from the Town of Fajardo. a 20 minute ferry across to the island of Culebra which has one of the worlds top beaches (Flamenco Beach). Perfect for snorkeling.

Golf: Great golfing at two golf course's 10 mins. away. El Conquistador Resort Golf Course, and Palmas del Mar Resort Golf Course . There also is CHI CHI Rodriguez's Golf Course 20 mins away. So you golfers will have plenty of golfing fun

Me & six other girls stayed here March 7th-14th 09 and had the best time. It's out of the hustle n bustle of San Juan & very peaceful but yet close to EVERYTHING ferry docks, shopping,restaurants, beaches. The on-site pool at night was great and the security and staff were always polite & helpful.

We had everything we needed to be comfortable just like home. Plenty of sheets, pillows, towels etc. Having 2 bathrooms was great with so many girls. We had plenty of room and the view off the balcony is absolutely breathtaking and with a grill and cooler(w/ wheels) provided made for some nice beach picnics... made it more affordable for us all.

We made some good friends at a few local places in Fajardo: Don Esteban restaurant has excellent Puerto Rican/cuban food and the staff is awesome another place we made a life long friend was Guava's (seaside in Fajardo)this place rocks excellent night life!!

My only complaint was not enough time....Oh & make sure you ask for a vehicle pass ...we didn't have one so we had to wait for security to let us in at night but it was no big deal...very safe and secure complex we always felt safe here.

Thank you Dennis & Marjorie for a great 1st time trip to PR...I will definitely be back in 2010!

This is an honest review if u want to know anything else please email me I'll try to answer any questions as honest as possible I travel a lot in the Caribbean but this was my first trip to PR and really enjoyed my stay here. Great value.

We All Had A Great Time

We had a great time. We were able to go to the Beaches the Rain Forest. Everyting is really close to the Condo. We had everything we need it. When we stay in the Community there was plenty of things to do, The Pool the Basketball court the Tennis Court the Gym. We will be defintely be back next year.

The Condo was great with a great view, the Ocean was so wonderful to look out to off the deck. The condo is located very close to the ferry that goes to Culebra , Vieques Islands, Luquillo Beach, and San Juan. The Condo had lots of room. The kitchen the the grilling We had a wonderful time.
