It features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a dining nook, living area, a great kitchen and a recently upgraded private pool. Other amenities include central air-conditioning, a lanai, and an over-sized single car garage with washer and dryer. It is conveniently located to shopping, banking, restaurants, public parks, boating, fishing, golf, and white sandy beaches. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and leisurely evening walks or relax near the pool.

Golfing:: Punta Gorda has many fine golf courses, and nearby are many, many more! If you enjoy golfing, this is the place to be! Public and private courses are close by.

Notes

  • A deposit of $1000/month for monthly and $300/week for weekly rentals will secure your dates. The balance is due upon arrival. Upon arrival a refundable deposit of $250 is also required for new renters. Returning guests will be waived this deposit. A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for all rentals. A 12% tax will be added to the cost of rental.
