It features 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a dining nook, living area, a great kitchen and a recently upgraded private pool. Other amenities include central air-conditioning, a lanai, and an oversized single car garage with washer and dryer. It is conveniently located to shopping, banking, restaurants, public parks, boating, fishing, golf, and white sandy beaches. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and leisurely evening walks or relax near the pool.
