If you want to vacation in a small condo community with a private sand beach and private pier on Lake Tahoe, this is the place for you! This studio condo is open space with a sleeping area with queen bed, dining and sitting area. This is great for a romantic getaway for two. Near restaurants, shopping, casinos, and marinas, you could park your car and forget about it. Winter or summer, there's plenty to do. The condo is only 6 miles from Northstar-at-Tahoe and 16 miles from Squaw Valley, site of the 1960 Winter Olympics. It’s 2 miles to casinos and only a half mile to restaurants and grocery stores. You can hike the spectacular Tahoe Rim Trail which stretches all the way around Lake Tahoe. Or rent a ski-mobile and fly through the National Forest with some of the most breathtaking views you'll ever see. In summer you can swim, sail, powerboat, kayak, canoe, fish, horseback ride, golf at world-class PGA courses, or you can just relax and look at the scenery.

There is a laundry room on the same floor as the condo unit - coin operated. This condo is on the second floor and not accessible to wheelchairs. We have a recreation room for informal gatherings - contains a pool table.
