Our Orlando vacation rental home is situated within a gated community providing both security and tranquility - backing onto a lake / conservation area. All this and yet only 10-15 minutes from the main Walt Disney attractions and easy access from all major highways including I-4, 1-27 and I-192.
Built in 2003, this spacious air conditioned luxury Orlando vacation rental home has over 2500 sq/ft of living area. With a family room that is comfortably furnished with cable TV, video and CD / radio with views of the pool and decking area providing a safe family environment. The more formal living and dining area is furnished with sofa and chairs and a large dining table with seating for 6. Informal dining is either within the kitchen area, or as we do, outside on the large decking area.
One of the key attractions for this Orlando vacation rental home is the fully screened 28ft x 12ft heated Pool and Hot tub both with underwater lighting, and only feet away from the lake and wildlife. The enlarged and fully equipped decking area provides ample space for BBQ's, dining and relaxation on the well equipped loungers and table. Access is also available from one of the main double bedrooms. Should you require Pool heating an additional charge per night or week will be required.
The upstairs master bedroom with Queen size bed is equipped with Cable TV, Clock alarm / radio and walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom has a large bath and a separate walk in shower. This Orlando vacation rental has a balcony overlooking the pool. A very private area from which to enjoy the lake views and sunsets.
Two further bedrooms with twin beds both have closets, plenty of storage and share an adjoining ensuite bathroom.
The rear downstairs bedroom comprises a further Master suite with Queen size bed, walk in closet, Cable TV, clock alarm / radio and ensuite bathroom equipped with large bath, separate walk in shower and direct access to the pool and decking area. The remaining downstairs bedroom has a double bed, closet, Cable TV, Clock alarm / radio and adjoining bathroom with large and seated shower area.
