In addition to the view is the soothing sound of the surf breaking on the coral reefs and seawall in front of the unit. Every sunrise is a beautiful way to start the day. With the floor to ceiling windows open in the bedroom, you have an incredible view of the water, actually looking down on the waves breaking. Bed is situated to take full advantage of the view.
This is a second floor unit with cathedral ceilings which provide a feeling of space and volume. The unit has been updated, newly painted and newly furnished with 'island collection' furniture.
Ceiling fans provide air circulation if you don't have the floor to ceiling windows open. A balcony along the front of the unit provides a view east, overlooking the pool area and waterfront. New windows in the kitchen, bathroom and office provide an incredible view west overlooking the surfline.
This is a small intimate complex with only 24 units, in multiple buildings, upper and lower unit per building. This unit has the best location in the complex, being closest to the water and furthest from the street. There are no distracting noises from the street, or dogs or roosters in the night.
There are two great restaurants within short walking distance, Elizabeth's at H20, and the Palms at Pelican Cove, both right on the beach. Another great restaurant is a longer walk (about a mile) to Salud's at Princess Plaza.
Christiansted is 3 miles to the east, and is full of interesting restaurants and historic architecture. It has a boardwalk along the waterfront that lets you soak up the setting of boats bobbing in the harbor, with waterfront eateries, and waterfront activities.
