45 min. to Lake Placid/ White Face Mountain. Fully furnished house with 2 1/2 bedrooms and 1 ½ baths that sleeps 5 comfortably. Located on a sandy beach, this lake house is perfect for a romantic getaway or a fun filled family vacation. The second floor consists of a large master bedroom with its own 1/2 bath and deck that overlooks the lake. The first floors open living space is equipped with a full kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washer and dryer). The kitchen opens up to a large dining and living space with beautiful views of the lake and the sunrise through large bay windows. A large antique rectangular table rests in the middle of the dining area with plenty of room for the family and guests. The living space comes with a sleeper couch, love seat and a gas fireplace. All beds and rooms are completely furnished with linens and kitchen ware. From the living/ dining space step out onto the front deck to enjoy the view and the sounds of the waves .

The lake house is located on Lake Champlain, in Westport NY. You have beautiful sunrises and equally beautiful sunsets onto the adirondack mountains. Westport offers summers concerts on their green, and also has a theater house. Fall brings leaf peeking with extraordinary color. For the shopping buff, Plattsburg is about 45 minutes north with malls and stores galore.

The owner of this home has thought of every detail to make her guests visit comfortable and fun. From soap and towels to beach chairs and boats, it's all there at the adorable green cottage on Lake Champlain. Priceless views from the deck and beach of Vt's Green Mtns rising above the lake. This home can be both a romantic getaway as well as a family fun vacation spot.
