NOW w/ WIRELESS DSL!! Come and be our guests in beautiful Cumberland County Kentucky for your next getaway. This house has just recently been renovated for our Dale Hollow guests. New furnishings, appliances, bedding/linens, utensils, etc. are stocked in this house. It sits on 8.5 Acres with a sloping fenced pasture in back surrounded by a treeline beyond. Relax on the connected back deck/carport/front porch in the evening while dinner is grilling on our large 4-Burner Stainless Steel Grill. We have 2 47 IN HD TV's w/ HD DVR's & all Movie Channels so you can enjoy the race or game after a day on the lake. Parents remember game consoles are welcome just in case the kids don't want to hang out with the old folks in the evening! The property is less than a city block from the Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park Gate, Golf Course, and the New State Park Marina. 12Ft.X24Ft. Boat slip included with Stay In 2008! We are also Approx. 20 Min. from the nearest boat ramp on the Cumberland River

Free Boat Slip at State Park Marina!: The New 200-Slip Marina in the Dale Hollow State Resort Park was completed in the June 2008. We have a 12 Ft. X 24 Ft. Slip available for our guests. It is conveniently located directly across from the Marina Boat Ramp and is one of the closest runabout slips to the walkway. It is available to our guests at no extra charge!!

Wireless DSL & 2 HD Flat Screens: We now have wireless DSL for our guests. We also upgraded to Two 47 Inch 1080P HD Flat Sreen TV's with Dish Network Satellite HD DVR Receivers. Now you won't miss the Game or Race while you are enjoying the lake or golf course!! We offer all of the movie channels for our guests so parents please keep this in mind. We can block them out if you wish on one or both of the receivers.

    Due within 10 days of receiving Rental Agreement: Reservation Deposit in the amount of 25% of the total Charges/Fees. This will reserve your stay.

    Cancellation/Refunds:
    If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your planned arrival date:
    We will refund your Reservation Deposit in full.

The back bedroom in the basement (Bedroom 3) has a closet and room for two Queen beds and a dresser. The bunk bedroom (Bedroom 4) has room for Two sets of Twin-size bunk beds and a dresser.

Great Golf Trip

Cabin/cottage was perfect for our group of 6 golfers. Had everything we needed and great deck area for shooting the breeze and bragging about our great shots. Todd's website photos were very accurate and the place was comfortable. Its kind of out of the way but he made sure we knew how to get there. We definitely hope to return.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great Vacation Spot!!

As last year everything was wonderful. House is so nice to come back to after a full day on the lake. The boat slip makes it so nice to leave boat in the water for our kids to go back out wherever they want. House has plenty of room and the outside seating is just great. We will be back next year!!

Older cabin was exceptionally well maintained and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Very comfortable chesterfields and beds. Much outdoor covered space. Good communication with owner and maintenance staff was very friendly. Pleasant rural surroundings about 10 minutes from the lake.
