House, 2 Bedrooms + Bunk Area, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Private house with large yard, directly on lake Champlain. New York State boat ramp is only 1 minute away. Point au Roche State Park is less than 5 minutes away. The park has nature trails and sandy beach. Two marinas are also located not far from the property. We can only accept reservations for a minimum of 3 nights.

Our week at Dunlukin was wonderful. The property was as advertised and even better. The views from the house were magnificent and we enjoyed every minute on the 3 season porch. The owner was very helpful when we had questions and we would highly recommend this property. The State Park nearby was great for walks and there are many attractions within 1-2 hours drive.

This is a really good rental house. It's very well located (on the lake shore; includes everything you need, and is quiet. Good cycling in the area, and near to good hiking areas. But the lake is the main attraction. I hope to stay there again.

WE'VE VACATIONED AT MANY, MANY PLACES OVER THE YEARS AND NEVER ENJOYED A PLACE MORE THAN OUR STAY HERE LAST WEEK. ROLAND MADE US FEEL WELCOME AND COMFORTABLE, THE VIEW WAS SPECTACULAR, THE HOUSE COMFORTABLE AND IMMACULATE, AND THE FISHING EXCELLENT. THE BEAUTY OF THE AREA HAS US GIVING SERIOUS CONSIDERATION TO BUYING A PLACE OF OUR OWN BUT NOT BEFORE STAYING HERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR....THIS TIME FOR 2 WEEKS!

Wonderful Vacation

We would highly recommend a stay at the Dunlukin cottage on Lake Champlain. The house was a comfortable place to rest from our many day trips to Montreal, Vermont and various towns in the Adirondacks. We enjoyed the sunrises and watching the boaters from the enclosed porch. The cottage has about everything you need for your stay. The WiFi worked very well. We enjoyed working with Roland and his wife on the rental. No complaints at all. Overall, this was one of our favorite vacations!

Dunlukin is a great little getaway with all the amenities of home. The home is clean and well maintained. The lake view is spectacular. The three season room is a wonderful place to relax and have your early morning coffee. The front yard is spacious and allows for games such as croquet and a spot to park a boat. We always enjoy our time here, especially the barbecues and late night fires on the beach. This is truly a great place to relax and put your feet up!
