Property includes fabulous walkout patio area with short, easy access to boat slip and covered dock area. Entry on upper level with beds; main living area on lower level, includes a large area family room with pull-out sleeper sofa, dish network TV, large natural stone fireplace, open kitchen and dining area, full bath with shower, as well as laundry access and half bath. This 1650 square foot home is available year-round and features central heating/air conditioning, cable TV in family room and the two upper view bedrooms. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. DVD and phone access for on-line dialup available. The third bedroom is equipped for children with portable crib available. The kitchen is fully equipped. A small locked spa is available for extra use fee. There is a deep-water, covered dock with 12 x24 boat slip available.
