The apartment is on the top floor of the popular Puerto Estepona apartments. It has great views directly out to sea and a large roof top garden, which is equipped for relaxation in the sun. There are two swimming pools, communal landscaped gardens and easy secure parking (something, which is near impossible to find during peak season!) The flat comprises of a lounge/dining room with TV/Sky multichannel package Satellite, Radio/CD/Cassette and DVD player (with a selection of films). Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. One of the most common remarks we get from guests is 'how well equipped the apartment is'. The balcony has table with 4 chairs and two sun loungers. The twin bedroom has bathroom opposite whilst the master bedroom is en-suite. The roof top garden is exclusive to the apartment. It is equipped with sun loungers, a variety of plants, a shower, dining area and gas barbeque. It even has a children’s paddling pool available!

  • The roof garden is for use exclusively by the apartment. It has four sun loungers, comfortable seating for four with a table and parasol, gas barbecue, large retractable sun screen and shower. It even comes with a children's paddling pool !

    There is a CD player/radio in the apartment which can be used on the terrace. Electric lighting means you can use the terrace in the evening too!
  • Children's cot, high chair and 'slide-in' bed borders are available for use with small children at a hire price of 50 euros for all items for up to two weeks rental.
  • Smokers are requested use the terraces and the roof garden only and not to smoke inside the apartment - thank you.

This arrangement works for children, but does make the room rather cramped. (air conditioning is provided).

car hire and airport transfers: We can also arrange a good reliable car hire for you. You will be met at the arrivals lounge of the airport an directed to the apartment by our car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a fully comprehensive quote. A 3 door Punto will cost around 118 Euros per week. The apartment has a private car parking space in the garage (under the apartments) which is suitable for a saloon car (not 4x4). We can also arrange airport transfers for you from the Airport directly to the apartment.

tourist attractions: Estepona is also well located to travel to many places … Gibraltar, “The Rock”, offering British styles, a Mediterranean climate and duty free prices! Seville, one of the largest towns in Andalusia with an envious history, and on the flip side, Puerto Banus, with its new pleasure boat harbour, stunning shopping and people watching. Marbella with its golden mile, or the white hill village of Casares. For the Atlantic coast consider historic Tarifa, only a couple of hours away, or even a day trip to Morocco – get to see a bit of Africa!!! You can see, there is so much for you just a short trip away! Notwithstanding the above, if you want to stay nearer Estepona, and are keen on golf, there are many courses only a few minutes away. Estepona also has a renowned Equestrian centre, should horses be your thing!! Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

Golf: The port is also an ideal location for playing golf on the Costa del Sol. Estepona golf is about four Kilometers away. Many golf courses are in easy reach of Estepona and the apartment. Do ask for more details when enquiring.

The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and really well equipped. The roof terrace is brilliant the apartment was very clean and Martin was very helpful. A car is not necessary but we found it better for getting to and from the airport and of course for visiting Gibraltar and places like Marbella etc. Favourite beach bar for all three in our party was Rossi well worth the walk, pasta gorgeous and very friendly service. Favourie restaurant is just 5mins walk away turn left outside apartment building Le Petit Paris, wonderful food, menu of the day good value at 17.50 euros for 3 courses & glass of wine.Bangkok very good food and also restaurant Pekin Duck.Although the Orient Express do abuffet meal for 12.50 euros was not really impressed with the food or service maybe it was just an off night when we went. We all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this apartment and will certainly be back and will recommend it to friends.

We have just got back from staying in this lovely apartment, it is everything that the advert says plus more..very clean, comfortable & spacious 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room, sky tv and comfy sofas, the kitchen is on the small side but it big enough to do what you need to do, the apartment is in a great location, We spent 9 lazy days using the wonderful balcony and roof garden. The views are great to wake up to, there is little noise to be heard at bedtime, the complex is clean and secure. The port area has everything you need, paper shop, supermarkets, tabacs, resturants & bars that suit all pockets... Thank you martin & david, we will be return customers and will recommend your properties to our friends and family.

The apartment is well situated. No need for a car. Everything in walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants and beach, although the centre of Estepona is about 15 - 20 minutes away but a lovely boulevard to get there. The apartment has everything you need and the terrace is a great place to sit around with enough sun/shade to please everyone and a great view. The only disappoinment was the size of the "large" double bed in the masterbedroom. No size was mentioned but 1.35 is not what I consider "large" and we ended up sleeping in different bedrooms. Other than that it was a good place to be.

I think everyone who stays with us appreciates the location of the apartment in relation to the marina and the supermarkets, shops, bars etc.

Just for claificition, the bed in the master suite is a queen-size bed, which is a size down from a king-size.

The description of the apartment given is spot on as are details of it's location. It is a lovely, clean, well maintained apartment with everything you require - a real home from home. Step out of your car, take a lift up to your front door and enjoy. The view from the balcony and the roof top terrace is superb! We have spent a thoroughly relaxing week on the roof top and have enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you. Hope to stay again next year.
