Quiet north end of Amelia Island on beach side:
This beach home is on the north end of Amelia Island's Fernandina Beach past Main Beach Park that doesn't allow noisy through traffic! It's the first exit south of the GA-FL line on Interstate 95 and 35 minutes from the Jacksonville International Airport. It's blocks from Ft. Clinch, a nice walk to downtown, a bike ride to anywhere, and only 110 Feet From The Beach!
The House:
I've just purchased this quaint beach house, and it's undergoing a beautiful renovation with impeccable beach decor. It is a ranch with wheelchair access through the back screened in porch (which is oceanside). It boasts an enormous country kitchen adjacent to the living room. New pictures will be on in about a week with all new decor, furniture, and landscaping. It's on a beachfront block with about a 70 ft. walk to the beach.
