While you're staying with us, keep an 'eye out' for birds your probably don't see very often. Flamingos, swans, pelicans, geese, herons, cranes, egrets, bald and golden eagles and hummingbirds, among many others, periodically make the lake their home for months at a time. Little kids love to feed the ducks and seagulls from the balconies.
Being located as close as we are to the Sam Houston National Forest, means you're just minutes away from miles of hike and bike trails, canoeing forested shorelines or maybe even spotting an alligator!

About the Area and Other Amenities: Resort Attractions' condominium complex is completely unique on Lake Conroe in that each and every private balcony actually hangs over the lake (EVERY other property on the lake has at least a strip of grass and/or a side walk between the unit and the water).
That's not the case when you stay with us. It almost feels like being on a cruiseship on the lake! Furthermore, all of our units are located right next door to the Seven Coves Marina, on one side, and the Sunset Harbor Resort on the other. Enjoying the amenities couldn't be easier, just take a short stroll in any direction. With acres of lakefront to explore, we really do offer something for guests of all ages. And, virtually every bit of it is - lakeside!
Both swimming pools and hot-tubs are literally just feet from the lake. The seasonal Tiki Bar is actually surrounded by the lake and features one of the best and most expansive views of Lake Conroe possible. Its a wonderful place to be at, or near sunset. It's beautiful!
Something Fun for Everyone!: For the children there's: A 'baby pool', a playground, basketball and tennis courts, all within view of the lake. The adults will enjoy either of the two lakeside swimming pools and/or hot-tubs, a mixed drink at the 'floating' Tiki Bar, boat or jetski rental, a sauna or a light workout in the exercise room (with a view of the lake, of course). Grandma and Grand Pa will likely be quite content to just relax on the balcony and enjoy each other's company.
If anyone is interested in fishing, opportunities abound. With many varieties and species, Lake Conroe is known for good fishing. You can try 'em from your balcony or from over a mile of shoreline and docks. Somebody is catching something virtually every day of the year. It might as well be you! If you'd like to borrow some poles, just ask. Since we are located just inside the Piney Woods as begins to border with the Gulf Coast Plain, we are blessed to be visited by an astounding variety of migratory birds through out the year.
