With a distant sweeping waterview, full privacy, and a total renovation, this property offers accommodations well above the norm. The large living room/ kitchen/ dining area is fronted by glass sliders leading to the wraparound deck, also leading to the rear of the house for access to the outside shower. Here are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen, and one with 2 twins, both bedrooms boasting sliders to their opposite sides of the deck for lounging in privacy. There is a full bath between; no bedrooms in this home share common walls- ever so peaceful for napping or sleeping at night. Going up the spiral staircase, one finds a queen bedroom overlooking the living room and waterview or not, (close that wall for total seclusion), another full bath, and at the far end an office/ computer area and the gracious waterview master bedroom with a queen bed. The home has central air, is decorated in high-end 'beach cottage' style, and epitomizes a Chilmark vacation retreat.
