Unique house in town center, a short walk to clubs, shops and restaurants, and town shuttle to beaches. Street has mainly pedestrian traffic, house is one block from Commercial St., and town harbor. Living spaces are on four levels with spiral stairs. Ground floor kitchen with dining area and a large front terrace with gas grill. Modern kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment, dishwasher, and clothes washer/dryer. Second level has bedroom, water closet, sink and shower, and a private balcony. Third floor living room has high ceiling, tall windows with tree-top views, deck access and ceiling fan. Private sun deck on the fourth level has stunning views of Pilgrim Monument, town and harbor. The roof deck has lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and teak table, chairs and umbrella. TV with cable/DVD player. One parking place provided next to house.

Nightclubs at the A-House, Paramount and The Vault at the Crown & Anchor and The Club Purgatory are all within one block. Nearest restaurants are Grand Central, Front Street, Ross's Grill at Whaler's Wharf, and Central House. This is an extremely convenient location for activities in the town center.

Provincetown : Provincetown is a seaside village with miles of undeveloped beaches, dunes and forest trails at the edge of town. P'town is known for excellent restaurants, art galleries, theater, cabaret, gay bars and dance clubs. The National Seashore is within a mile of Tower House, with Town Shuttle service to the forest, dunes and beaches throughout the summer. All local attractions are easily accessible walking, shuttle bus or by bicycle, and there are bike rentals in the town. The grocery store is a short drive, or a ten minute walk.

Tower House has been described as 'a tree house for adults'. It offers easy access to all town amenities, along with a private retreat on the upper deck.

True "Town" House

The “Town House” is a nucleus location with the immediate “P-town” proper at your doorstep, minutes walk to piers, shopping, attractions, bars, restaurants (which for you “carb” conscience bodies comes in stride after a good meal). The Town House is uniquely designed, clean, fully furnished with all the comforts and conveniences of home and extra touches like its Rooftop deck alone is worth its price in “views, views, and views”, excellent photo location, and you have the “Pilgrim Monument” as a great backdrop, "on one of P-town’s clear starry nights I swear I saw the Continent", needless to mention those hot sweaty days of unlimited “private tanning” or just a quiet alfresco rooftop dinner. I would recommend you experience this property and all is has to offer, a great holiday will be had.

A Fabulous Vacation Spot!

My partner and I just spent a week at the TowerHouse and we both agree that it was among the best vacations we have ever had! Four levels of enjoyment: the kitchen and front deck with gas grill and table, which we turned into our own little restaurant for two; the cozy, romantic bedroom level; the third floor living room, which truly felt like being in a tree house; and the roof deck with awesome views of the Pilgrim monument and waterfront. The house is steps away from everything, but you won't want to leave! The owners are very friendly and the rental process was super easy. All in all, the most relaxing week I've had in a long time!

Love Tower House

My girlfriend and I recently spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home. With this being our second trip to Provincetown, we want to be where the action is. The tower house is a block from Commercial St so it is close to everything, yet quiet enough to sleep through the all night long parties. We never moved our car the whole week, which was great. We walked to the monument, beach, pier, clubs and resturants. The house was beautiful and we loved hanging out on the roof and seeing the town from the roof top. The owners were great and made sure that everything you would need was available. I have already recommended this house to friends who are thinking about visiting Provincetown in the future.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway
