Relax in this serene two-story beachfront villa on Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and gulf views on Crescent Beach, famous for its pure white cool sugar sand. This two-story condo features a large master bedroom and attached bath, a second bedroom with queen and twin beds and separate bath and a fully enclosed upper level porch, comfortable living room and dining area and fully screened ground level lanai. The villa, located in a small friendly complex, includes all the amenities - a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including dishwasher and disposal, two TVs with cable, DVD/VCR, washer & dryer. There are plenty of beach toys for children. Enjoy the heated pool and beautifully landscaped property, covered parking at backdoor, and nearby tennis courts. It is one mile from Siesta Village, which has fun restaurants and bars and five miles from downtown Sarasota with even more entertainment, dining and recreation choices.

Great Beach Location!

The location was the best on the beach. Very easy access to the private beach (short walk) and very wide at this part. Quiet complex. Townhome was clean and spacious. We had everything we needed for our stay. Our family would stay here again. We stayed in early May and the weather was perfect (mid 80s, no rain).
