Provincetown Vacation Rental apartment

Unique setting: This apartment is located on one of the most unique, old properties in Provincetown. The small one-apartment building circa 1985 is 75 feet away from the owner's home -completed in 1780, before Mozart died (1791) while the revolutionaries were in Paris acquiring support from the French for the revolution against the British. There are several unique, large gardens. The apartment deck faces South-SouthEast and overlooks a pea-stone, evergreen and flowered garden with several sculptures, and a lovely fountain which can be experienced from the deck. So the deck is cool in the late afternoon with a sunset in reflection from the West. The sound and sense of Cape Cod Bay to the SSEast is felt in the apartment. The beach is accessed half-block away down the old world dirt alleyway near Anthony St. A mooring suitable for sailboat is on our beach front & can be rented by arrangement. Sand is pure & clean; water, usually transparent with views of Truro and schooners under sail.
