Captivating views, directly across from ocean. Delightfully simple, completely renovated farmhouse. Across from accessible miles long beach, salt marsh. Just across from the South Lubec Wildlife Management Area at the shore, numerous hiking and public lands available, yet just 3 miles to town and Campobello Island in Canada. Close to West Quoddy Head Lighthouse. Excellent bird-watching area. Sunroom, dining room, open living/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, dressing room,1 full 1 half bath; deck, raspberries, flower gardens. Large yard with picnic table. Blueberry picking nearby. Comfortable, peaceful, quiet. Across the Lubec Channel is Campobello Island. A small car ferry is available to take you to Eastport Maine or Deer Island in Canada. Floating across the bay you will see seals, porpoise, eagles and other wildlife. Great lobster and seafood available in the area. Enjoy Summerkeys Concerts, yoga classes, art workshops...or exploring and walking along the shore or many trails. RELAX!

Lubec vacation rental in unspoiled coastal region, the easternmost point of the United States. Directly across from the South Lubec Wildlife Management Area, filled with birds and shorefront. Area has many coastal hiking trails, forests, lakes, streams, rocky shore, sand beach. Away from the crowds, yet Acadia National Park and St. Andrews New Brunswick Canada are day trips. Lubec is home to Summer Keys Music School. Lubec is across the channel from Campobello Island. Views from this home include the Atlantic Ocean, Lubec Channel, West Quoddy Head and Campobello Island. Located on the road to West Quoddy Head Lighthouse, great area for beachcombing, bicycling, hiking, photography and getting away from it all! Only 3 miles to the village, accessible beach access directly across from home, terrific views from house. Sleep well here!

Rest and renew the spirit, free from distraction with nature at your feet. Photographers paradise, hikers dream...great for writers and artists. This house is across the road from South Lubec Beach and the Lubec Channel with views to the open ocean and West Quoddy Head. Public beach is accessed via a public lane nearly across the road. The salt marsh is home to various wildlife and many eagles live in this area.

Just three miles to town and Summerkeys concerts. Several small galleries, gourmet chocolate shops and local restaurants serving seafood can be found in town, along with the public library and churches. Hiking trails are minutes from the house and provide pristine environments for bird-watching and tree and flower identification and even whale watching from shore!
